How to Subscribe to RSS Feed

I have seen tips about how to add rss feeds. I want to know as to how to
subscribe RSS feeds in the first place.

You can add them directly in Outlook 2007 via the Tools menu > Account
Settings dialog > RSS Feed tab.

Personally I subscribe to them via IE and have the feed list synced between
IE & Outlook.
