How to store e-mails sent from Word to Outlook vs Outlook Exp?

I recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2000. When sending an
e-mail from MS Word the e-mail is saved in the Outlook Express Sent folder
rather than Outlooks Sent folder. When sending e-mails from Outlook the msgs
are saved in Outlook. Am I missing a default setting? I've looked everywhere!?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, Outlook is the default mail client. It works fine
when sending a msg from Outlook. It's only when I use the e-mail link from a
Word2000 doc that the msg ends up in the Express Sent file. I also disabled
Express from Add/Remove Windows Components in the Control Panel. This removed
Express from the Start menu and Programs lists but did not solve the problem.
