how to stop sending receipts when mail is deleted

Windows Vista - Microsoft Outlook.
I recently had a message window that came up when I was deleting a spam
mail. It stated that the sender had requested a receipt when the mail was
deleted. Unfortunately I clicked on 'do not ask me this again' thinking it
would just stop asking the question. Well, instead, it just automatically
sends receipts without asking me now. I have no way to stop sending these
receipts. I only know it is sending them because I have noticed a 'sending'
message on bottom right hand corner of desktop. Since I have been sending
these receipts, I have had hundreds of spam emails from myself. Any ideas
how I can stop sending these receipts please. Many thanks.

For Outlook 2007, go to 'Tools|Options|Preferences|E-mail Options|Tracking
Options' to adjust this behavior.
