How to stop reminder from other mailbox?

Lisa

Hi,

I use Outlook 2007. I opened two email accounts in one outlook profile. Each
account has a calendar and both pop up for reminder. How can I select a
primary one and disable the other one?

Need help!

Thanks in advance!

What types of accounts are you using?

Hi Brain, thanks for your reply. One is Exchange, the other one is POP3.

By default when both POP and Exchange accounts are used, Outlook puts all
messages that arrive via POP into the delivery location Inbox which is usually
the Exchange mailbox. You must take explicit steps to have more than one
Inbox. Moreover, unless you explicitly create another Calendar folder in a
separate PST, you'll only have one calendar. POP accounts don't know anything
about calendars. They're mail only. So, why not just close the PST and allow
the POP account to behave as it would normally?
