How to stop Outlook, from opening *.jpg files in Photoshop?

I use "Office 2003" and "Outlook" to get my mail. Before I installed
"Photoshop 7.0", Outlook opened my *.jpg files, using "Microsoft I.E.". Now
before I can open a *.jpg file, Photoshop must open to display the picture.
How do I restore the "I.E." option?

In Windows XP go to Control Panel, Tools, Folder Options, File Types, scroll
to jpg, select change and then pick IE.

Thank you, it gives me several options, i.e. Windows Fax & Photo Viewer, I.E.
and "outlook photo viewer".
Do you like I.E. the best?
