how to solve this debug problem

hi,

I have installed prerequisite of visual studio.net 2003 and visual
studio.net but when i debug any application it is displaying this dialog

"To run this application, you first must install one of the following
versions of the .NET Framework: v1.0.3705
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the
appropriate version of the .NET Framework."

when i click "ok " button . then the other dialog box is displaying with the
message.

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web
server . There is no managed code running in the process. In order to attach
to a process with the .NET debugger, managed code must be running in the
process before attaching."

Pls tell me how i can solve this problem.

i'd suggest a re-install from scratch. Remove everything and start over.
