How to show folders? PST file

Hi,

Yesterday I changed the Hard-Disk of my PC. In the old HD I had a PST file
called "reportes.pst" (size 1.7 GB). It had 6 folders.

I copy it from the old HD to the new one. When finished, I verified it was
correctly changed (comparing the size). However, I haven't had success to
"find" the 6 folders. When I add this new Personal Folder tho the new HD it
only presents the information of 1 of the 6 folders.

I need to have access to the other folders. Please, could you help me to
figure it out?

TIA

Does the old one still show the right number of folders/items? Have you run
ScanDisk on the old drive and / or run ScanPST.EXE on the PST after it has
been copied?

Hi Mr. Averello,

Yes I have run ScanPST.exe on the PST but it doesn't show the whole
information.

Please, do you have any other idea?

Regards,

Omar.

Hi Omar,
do you have your old HDD with your old files?
If so, please burn your PST FIles on a CD to backup them!

Mr. Roeder,

I don't have the old HD anymore. That's why I'm worried about this situation.

It's funny. Like I said before, the PST file is about 1.7 GB, however, when
I add it as a new Personal Folder, Outlook only shows 1 folder, which has 21
MB. So, how can I view the 1.7GB minus 21 MB information?

Should I consider a better software to manage my e-mails?

Regards,

Omar.
