how to share a large word document

I am trying to share a large word document with others. It contains several
attachments, picture, tables etc. When they receive it the document is out of
wack things are moved up or down on the pages. Can anyone help me with this?

Be sure that everyone who receives your Word document has exactly the
same printer driver as you do for their default or active printer.

Or, send them a pdf and not a Word document.
