You have to go to a cellphone network(service provider) and buy
developer tools to use in your application
On a monthly bases, you will pay then for all the sms's your
application sent.
Actually there is usually an email addy associated with your cell phone,
like
(e-mail address removed) (this simulates Verizon) It's phone number + some
domain name.
