how to send ( e-mail containing 2 links ) from a small time e-mail software to a coporation's netwo

hello;
i have been asked to help out by sending a e-mail containing 2 links from a
small company which is using
'ms public access' to send out the e-mail's.. the problem i am having is
that i now realize that without the proper prefix on the send address (www).
it will never even leave the building . I would get error of unknown
locations and delivery. this is especially true if i am emailing and the
sending party is in another network. I started testing with the "WWW" prefix
and i made some headway . but there has to be some clue or set of hints
as to how to set up the particular e-mail prefix to direct the e-mail
correctly .
the second question is that I have to include two links in this email for
the recipient to make a decision (go to one link or the other. that works
ok now the change is calling for the user to accept both links. can I return
to the email after doing the for link then clicl the next link. or once im
out i am out. thank you for any help any one can give on this

They're making a bad mistake then.

The newsgroup "microsoft.public.access" is NOT email, and it is NOT a file
exchange service. It's a technical support newsgroup for questions about the
database software Microsoft Access.
