how to select really old files for backup

Here's an interesting problem...

I want to backup all files that have not been accessed in 2 years or
more, and then take the off the fileserver.

When I right lcick a file, I can see the "Last Accessed" date, so I
know this information is there...

How do I search for all files on a drive that were last accessed
before a certain date?

Use robocopy.exe or xxcopy.exe to copy the very old files
to a holding folder, then back them up. Robocopy comes
with the Windows Resource Kit and xxcopy can be
downloaded from a number of sites.
