How to secure a folder

Dear Sir,

I have a doubt . How to secure a folder . is there any
chance to give a password.And also how to secure a file .
And also in windows in C:\ drive it have 'windows'
folder . If we are to rename that windows folder the
system is properly boot or not . In case if it is not boot
how to revoke that.

Hi - you can't password protect a folder, but you can use NTFS permissions
on it to prevent unauthorized users from accessing it. Never rename the
system folder or everything will go belly up and may not be reversible - you
may need to reinstall.
