how to schedule a backup

Can someone show me to proper way to schedule a weekly
backup of 'my documents' and all the setup filess(email,
internet settings, etc.) to cd-rw drive. I am using nero
express 5.5. Nero express do not explain how to schedule
a backup. I would prefer to run system tools-->backup to
the cd-rw. Thanks

You cannot use NTBackup to CDRW, it will only recognise Tape or Hard
disks. It has no knowledge or using CDRW.
Nero is a burning tool, not a backup program.

I use Dantz Retrospec Backup 6 and that has proper backup facilities
and can backup to any removable media incl. CD-RW. See www.dantz.com
