how to save a recurring message

Have a user who has to send the same message out periodically to different
recipients.
If she creates the message and then saves it, it goes into the Draft
folder. If she opens this message and then sends it out, it disappears from
the Draft folder.

How can she keep a permanent copy of this message available?

She already has a copy in the Sent Folder and she can save another copy in a
diff folder. Drafts folder is a dynamic folder and you can't save anything
there. A better solution is to use Signatures and make up a form letter with
the text of the message that she can Insert into any email. Just set the
default signature to None so it doesn't get attached automatically to every
email.

Well I tried this:
I created a new folder in my Personal Folder, created a message and saved
it there. Opened the message and sent it, and it too has disappeared from
the folder.
I'm a bit confused on this signature option you describe. Can you go into a
bit more detail how to set this up?

I think the signature option, while clever, is somewhat unwieldy. If he
were going to go that route he'd be much better off using some sort of
macro manager that inserts the text - either AutoText or maybe something
like AutoHotKey (http://www.autohotkey.com). Ultimately though the most
elegant solution is to use a template.

So not send the message from Drafts, forward it.
