how to round to the nearest 15mins

Please would someone be able to help me find a formula that with round a time
to the nearest 15mins.

eg: if I have a time of 11:07 this needs to round to 11:00, but 11:08 needs
to round to 11:15, 11:22 round to 11:15 but 11:23 to 11:30 and so on round
the hour.

Your help would be gratefully appreciated.

Try this:-

=ROUND(A1*96,0)/96

With your time in A1
