How to retrieve back Outlook messages after joined domain

Hi,
Initially we are using Outlook 2003 as our POP3 email client. This is
running smoothly when we are in local workgroup. After machine joined into
domain and we logon as domain user, Outlook will prompted us to reconfigure
the email account. We were not able to retrieve back our old emails,
contacts, and etc..
Is there any way to get back the old messages as before join to domain?
(We still using POP3 but not Exchange)

Thanks for help.

Can you open the old PST file which is probably under your old profile
directory (somewhere under C:\Documents and Settings). Look for PST files in
all directories (hidden & system included). Once you find one try opening it
in Outlook using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File command. Then you
can drag/drop any data you need into your current PST file

Is this a roaming profile or a local one? It sounds to me like Windows
created a new Windows user profile folder tree for you. The PST you used to
have is probably still in the old folder tree. Enable viewing hidden files
and folders and search your hard drive for a file ending in ".pst". If you
find it, move it into your profile folder tree (like into My Documents),
start Outlook, and open the PST with File>Open>Outlook Data File. If it
contains your data, then make it the delivery location in the "Delivery new
e-mail to the following location" drop-down at the bottom of Tools>E-mail
Accounts>Next. Stop and restart Outlook.

Hi Vince,
Thanks for feedback.
We never create any PST file and we just create subfolders in the inbox
tree. All the mails stored there thus we couldn't find any PST file. We just
need to map to our previous inbox which we can retain our all inbox and
subfolders messages as previously, when we logon locally.

thanks

But your previous Inbox had to be held somewhere. The two choices are either
a PST file or an Exchange Server mailbox. If it was a mailbox you probably
wouldn't have lost connection to it when you changed login names but a PST
you would since you have a different profile directory. That plus you
mentioned not using Exchange.
