How to Reset Outlook

Outlook 2003. Exchange Server 2003. I have switched from one Exchange
Server to another. Outlook still shows a "ghost" mailbox from the old
Exchange Server (i.e., Mailbox - Me). I cannot close it. When I select it I
get the message:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
specified folder location.

When I right-click and try to close it, I get the mesage:

This group of folders is associated with an email account. To remove it, on
the Tools menu, click Email Accounts, select view or change existing email
accounts, click Next, select the email account, click Remove.

This does not work as the old email account is not listed among the accounts.

So my question is, "How can I reset Outlook?" I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Outlook, but it remembers the same stuff when it reinstalls.
The old account is still listed, and I cannot close or remove it.

How can I do a clean uninstall and a fresh install, so that Outllok thinks
it is coming up for the first time. That way I can set up my email accounts
from scratch. Thanks for the help.

Create a new Outlook profile, add the account sitting for the new Exchange
server, then delete the old profile; "ghost" entries are often an indicator
that the current profile is corrupt.
