how to repair xp vlk ... urgent pls

Hi,
we have xp corporate installed. One XP client failed ( reboot and reboot.. )
I launched the CD to do a repair. But I was surprised to find any repair
option .
I could just find the option for a new reinstall but not The R option...
Google said you can repair XP corporate with a retail XP CD. I tried this way.
The R option was there, and the repair worked : I could recover a working XP
with all the program and settings. But now, it isn't a XP corporate anymore
but a retail XP... I get a license issue right now
1/ How to repair XP corporate?
2/ How to update XP to XP corporate to get back the VLK license and to
recover all the program installed?

Who can save my life pls??

That's microsofts way of saying your screwed. I have a retail xp home and no
one can tell me where to find the repair option. Because it is not on my cd.
