We use outlook 2k3 to connect to our exchange server 2k3, user have 2
separate email boxes for two different domains we host on the Exchange server.

Is there a way to rename the default name "Mailbox - UserName" to something
similar like "CompanyName - UserName" the option to rename mailbox is gray
out.

Also is there a way to move this mailboxes up or down in the folder list so
the user can have whichever mailbox they want on top and the other one at
bottom?

Thanks

The naming convention of Exchange mailboxes is done on Exchange level, not
on client level. You'll need to/Your mail admin needs to change the display
name in Active Directory U & C

No and the "Mailbox - <username>" is based on the display name coming out of
Active Directory. You would have to change it in AD to get whichever
results you wanted.
