How to remove MSN Gaming Zone?

In Control Panel " Add or Delete Programs," they don't show up,
but in the directory

C:\Programs Files

are the folders

MSN and MSN Gaming Zone.

Every time I delete them, they show up again.
They're like relatives. How can I delete them
permanently?

Go back to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and this time click on the
Add/Remove Windows Components icon and see if they are listed there. If so,
uncheck their box(es).

I had to actually READ what you wrote, but after that,
they all went away.

I have never been to the Add/Remove Windows Component before. I see Internet
Information Services is unchecked on my system. Should I check it and what
type of service is offered?
