How to remove items from inbox? I know...

I know this is a dumb question so bear with me. Ok when I delet items from my
inbox in Outlook 2003 or when I mark items as spam it just puts a line
through the email and it stays there. I have so many emails in my inbox. How
do I make is when I mark it as spam or when I delete it it goes away from my
inbox and into the deleted items or into the spam folder?

Tools-Send/Receive-Process all marked headers

You're using an IMAP account for mail, so all mail stays on the server. The items you've deleted or marked are marked for deletion but won't be actually deleted until you choose Edit | Purge Deleted Items. ALso, if you want items to go to Deleted Items, you must move them there manually.
