How to REMOVE colors from font and other color palettes in PPT?

When creating a master PPT file, we want to have only the colors we specify
appear in the font and other palettes. PPT doesn't seem to permit removal of
additional colors, which appear in a second row. Note that we have only one
"color scheme." Thank you in advance for help.

You can force PPT to replace those colors with your own; draw a shape, make it
the color you want to put on the secondary color set.

But it'll only be temporary. As soon as a user chooses a different color,
it'll appear there, on a First In, First Out basis.
