how to remove "bugbear" virus

hello,
I scanned my hard drive with AVG anti-virus software...it detected (2) of the I-worm/bugbear virus which is located in C/windows/system32/dfft.exe & C/windows/system32/rllvzzg.dll My software couldn't delete it....I went to the registry and found dfft.exe I deleted it but it comes back when I refresh the screen...I tried to right click the actual files and delete but it states "access denied make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use" I need to know how to remove these files completly. Im running XP home.

Thanks in advance,
Shauny
