How to reload the Systray?

Some time after killing an application, it leaves its icon in to
systray and it remains there till i take my cursor to that icon.

Is there some way to refresh the systray?

I tried Systray.exe,but looks it didn't execute?

I would suggest that what you're seeing is a trait of the program
you've just killed - that, in fact, although you've closed the program
from your screen, that program takes that little bit extra longer to
actually shut down completely.

Also some programs are not designed to "shut down" even after you've
closed them - Limewire, MSN are classic examples (unless you
specifically change the default setting(s)). Even thoough you've
"closed" them, they are not shutdown and just minimise to the Systray.
Bloody nuisances!!!

What's the program/application?
