How to receive Outlook-mail in Access 2003?

Hi all.

Into an Access 2003 database I'm going to create I need to get Outlook 2003
mail. I have read that this is easy in Access 2007 - but how do I do it in
Access 2003? Will I have to import the mail automatically from an Outlook
mail box or can I have to mail to go directly into the Access database? If
you have any knowledge that can help me, or if you know of anything I can
read, please let me know. I have search for help in this forum and also
elsewhere on the web without success.
