how to put this in report header?

I have a table with more than 30,000 records. I want to put Sem and Rundate
fields to the report header. These two fields looks like this:

Sem RunDate
0 20070214
1 20070316
2 20061013
3 20070103

Sem is for semester. 0=Winter, 1=Spring, 2=Summer, 3=Fall and there are no
other posibilities. 30,000 records just repeat same above.

I don't want to put RunDate in the detail band of report. Since there are
only 4 possibilities, I want to put in report header something like:

Semester Update
Winter 02/14/07
Spring 03/16/07
Summer 10/13/06
Winter 01/03/07
