How to pull data from a spreadsheet into a web page

Hello.
I am really new to designing web pages with Frontpage 2003 and will be
migrating to Expression Web soon but is there a wizard or something that
helps you pull information from a spreadsheet into a web page? For example I
want a user to keep a spreadsheet up to date with phone numbers and I want a
web page to pull the phone numbers from the spreadsheet every time someone
opens up a particular phone number web page.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

You should really look at using a Database instead of Excel
That being said, you can use Excel as a Data Source on Windows hosted servers
