How to publish web with Forntpage 2000

Could anybody can help me step by step how to publish web with frontpage 2000.

Are you going to be publishing to a server that has the FP Server Extensions ?

I sign up web hosting with netfirms.com they support Frontpage Extention, so
i dont how what tool i am going to use to publish ftp or http.

You would open your local folder (folder containing all of the files for your web) in FP via Open
Site / Web, then you would use File Menu | Publish Site / Web and then enter the destination in the
following format:

http://www.yourdomainname.com
