How to promote XP Home Edition into Professional Edition?

I am using XP Home Edition, but XP Home Edition can't fix
IIS.Can anyone tell me How to promote XP Home Edition
into Professional Edition?

You'll need to purchase the "retail upgrade version" of Windows
XP Professional and use it to "upgrade" over Windows XP Home.
