How to Program a Calendar Control

Outlook 2003. I am trying to produce a custom form that has a control that
works like the "Birthday" control on the "Details" tab of the default
Contacts form. Namely, I would like the control to drop down or pop up a
calendar from which I may chose a date, and which date is then deposited in
the field I have chosen for the control. How may I accomplish this? Thanks.

The internal Outlook date/time picker is not exposed to the outside world,
so you have to use an external ActiveX calendar control. Test what you
decide on, some are more compatible with Outlook forms than others. Some
I've tried have made Outlook disappear from memory when the control was
clicked.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/datepick.htm for lots of information on
date/time pickers and Outlook forms.
