How to print the table structure with its fields and relationships from all the tables in a database

Is there a way to print the fields and their structure and indexes of all
the tables in a db including their relationships?

Several:

Builtin - on the menu choose Tools... Analyze... Documentor.

Check the options (it's very flexible about what it prints out; if you
take the defaults load up your printer tray, it can give a
several-hundred page report for a complex database).

Free, and *very* nice:
