How to print from Internet?

Hi, All
I am using CF 2.0 targeting W CE 5.0 (Casio IT 3100 with magnetic card
reader).
I would like to find out what are my chances to accomplish new task, or even
find out if it is possible at all.
Scenario:
Receiving payments by swiping credit card and printing receipt.
Usually violators have option to pay parking ticket on line (PC) go to web
site, enter their credit card number and all other information, when all info
gets processed they can print receipt.
My question: Is it possible to have the same functionality on the handheld?
I can get info from credit card (unit has the magnetic card reader), i can
connect to internet using GPRS PC Card ("http://www.parkingtickets....").
I have to send credit card info to a web site and somehow print receipt,
that payment was accepted.
Please, advice
What do i need in order to accomplish this task? Is it possible at all with
my hardware? How it works? Where can i get more info on this scenario?
Thank you,

I've never done this, of course (it's way too specific to find someone
already doing precisely what you're talking about, I'd think). You can
certainly connect to the Web and, assuming your Web site doesn't use any
ActiveX controls that would only be available for desktop Windows, you can
complete your transaction (presumably you'll include IE, SSL support, etc.)

As far as printing something, you could do this directly from IE, if you
want to. Your printer will have to be PCL-compatible and you'll definitely
want to test printing of the site thoroughly with your printer. For this,
you just need the PCL.printer driver and some method to connect the printer.
You can connect over Ethernet, etc. or via serial port or USB.

I don't have time to evaluate what might be included in the OS of that
device, but maybe there's enough information above to see if you have what's
necessary.
