how to paste full email address

I am having problems pasting email address's from the address text box into
an email body. When I select the names from the address header in the to
box. I select the address which shows the friendly name and the email
address enclosed in less than greater than symbols. However, when I paste
the address into the email body all I get is the friendly name. This
prevents me from forwarding someone else a list of emails. The work around
would be to send the entire list of of emails a message and then let the
receipeant of the message add those names to his/her contact list. However,
in essence I am spamming all the other people.

Is there an easy way to paste the full email address?
