How to Open the Access by Default in open Exclusive mode

Dear Sir,

I want to Open an Mdb File by Default in Exclusive Mode. Normally, when
we open a file it opens in normal mode. I want to Open by default in
Exclusive Mode.

Try the setting under:
Tools | Options | Advanced | Default Open Mode

Thanks for ur Information. I did the same but it won't work properly.
Eventhough I set the Option as Exclusive and Next time if I open the Access
file it opens in the shared mode not in Exclusive mode.

Okay, Is it Possible to find whether the file opened in Exclusive mode or
shared mode through programmatically, and write the result in a file.
