How to move focus to next unread message?

Is there a keyboard shortcut in Outlook 2007 to move the focus to the next
unread message, no matter in which mail folder it is located?

Thanks for the hint, but that's not what I'm looking for. I know about the
Unread Mail folder, and its default "grouped by In Folder" view, which is the
closest to what I'm looking for.

What I'd like is a keyboard shortcut to REALLY select the next unread mail
item, and make the folder containing this item the selected one in the "Mail
Folders" tree.

The "Unread Mail" folder does not allow me to quickly (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-Q) mark
a SINGLE folder's items as read. It's all or nothing.

In short, the "Unread Mail" is awful when reading news feeds.

Rightclick the header of the group and choose Mark as Read.
