How to monitor two profiles?

G

Guest

I would like to monitor two mail accounts.

If I open both mailboxes in one profile and send mail then the sent item is
put into the default mailbox sent items folder.

This is very annoying as I want sent items to go into the mailbox for that
user account.

So I would like to be able to switch between mail accounts if this is
possible. I know I can do it manually. The issue is how to monitor incoming
email so that I know when it has arrived for more than one mail account.

In that case you can use the following add-in to make sure the Sent Item
goes into the correct mailbox folder;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/redirect.asp?id=iva_unisent

Another way to go is to open one profile in Outlook and monitor the other
mailbox in OWA.

I see that this is an add-in that costs US$50 That is too high for basic
functionality that Microsoft should be providing. I would buy this add-in if
it was more reasonably priced.

This has been a problem for many years.

There is another add-in that does the trick;
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Sent-Items-Organizer.asp?Source=RS

If you decide to order use "BH93RF24" to get a discount
