how to mimimize Datagrid column width

Hi
I have a PC appln with CF 1.0,
I have attached an arraylist to a datagrid,
now i want to control the width of the some of the columns of the grid.


How do i achive that..?

Please note that my datasource is arraylist ....
I tried to follow but no luck.
