How to migrate back selected emails (folders) from windows mail to

Hi, anybody can help me: how to migrate back some selected emails (folders)
from windows mail back to outlook express. Is that possible?

I've had enough of windows mail. Have been using it for more than a month
though.
And since yesterday, i couldn't send out email.
Said "Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."
When I want to delete the email, It Always prompted "unknown error occured".

Now I have to log in to web-mails to send all the mails. Very troublesome.
Have wasted 1.5 days and I have no more time to spare any longer to try to
figure out what's wrong and read all the instructions.
I think I better use back the old computer with outlook express.

Tried to call microsoft directly this morning but realised that I have to
pay for the advices/solutions? Therefore, I try to send this.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

Since Outlook Express is not available on a Vista PC, does this mean you
plan to use another PC?

That message is usually the result of an antivirus program scanning the
email. Shut off email scanning. If you are using Norton, it is likely you
will have to uninstall the entire suite, and use their downloadable tool to
remove all of it. Then install a compatible, and free antivirus scanner.
Another option is to install Windows Live Mail, but that does not always
solve this problem.

Good luck.

Generally, it is better in the long run to learn to use the new stuff than
to keep trying to go back home. It will work out.
