How to maximize the startup form without affecting others forms in the aplicatio

Is there a way to maximize just a form called in the startup and to preserve
the normal behavior of the forms called from the menu?
If I use the Docmd.Maximize command all my forms are maximized what
I don't want.

Try putting this in the On Close event of your startup form

Docmd.Restore

That will restore the size to whatever they were before maximising took
effect...
