how to max IE window

hi,

everytime i click on the IE icon on desktop it doesnt open to maxium window.
even on my msn messenger when i try to check my email the IE window is not
max. is there a way in which everytime it open in max window.

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

Right click the IE icon, go to Properties, change Run to Maximized.
