how to make switchboard come up when db is opened

I want my switchboard to come up when someone opens the database. How do I do
that?

the help notes read "To make a switchboard open when you open the database,
click the switchboard name in the Switchboard Manager dialog box, and then
click Make Default."

So I went to Tools -> Database Utilities -> Switchboard Manager, chose my
switchboard (that already said (Default)), and clicked the "Make Default"
button. The switchboard still does not open when the db is opened...what did
I do wrong?

Nothing. You also have to go into Tools, Startup and in the Display Form/Page box
type Switchboard.

Click OK to save and close the database. When you reopen it, the Switchboard will
open.
