How to make so GPO gives all computers in OU admin rights?

I have an OU, that whenever I put a computer in that OU, I would like the
user who logs into that computer, to have administrator rights on that
computer only.

We can't use "Authenticated Users" in the local administrators group,
because that gives EVERYONE administrator privileges to that machine.

How can I give all computers and those users who log into them,
administrator rights via GPO? Is this even possible?
