How to make small pictures big but not blurry

i'm doing a presentation for my mom, the CD's didn't load, so now i have to
get all the pictures all over again. Only most of them are too small. And
when i insert them, they're too blurry for the movie. Is there a way to
change that; or do i just have to get new pictures?

Were the originals larger with higher resolution and where did they get to?
