How to make a textbox pop when clicking a shape or a button

Hi, there,
I would like to create a 2007 pptx presentation. In the presentation,
it will allow me to click a shape or a button and then a textbox is popped
at the same slide (not linking to another slide). It is like "Mouse Over"
with "Screen Tip." Unfortunately, the Screen Tip is a simple textbox. In
my case, I would like to have a little complex textbox. Does PP 2007 have
the capability like that? Please help. Thanks.
