How to make a table fit?

hi! I create emails in outlook, by pasting in tables and graphics. I would
like my table to be 8.5 inches wide, it makes it fit perfectly on screen.
However, when recepients try to print it, it always cuts off half of the
page. How do I make my table with graphics and etc fit when it's being
printed? Thank you!

I don't have the answer for you, but if somebody knows how to fix this it
would really help me out.
