I have a mailing list that is all in one column. I know how to separate
each line of information into a separate column if each person has the
same amout of rows. My problem is some of the name have 5 rows of
information and some have 6 - is there a way to make the row consistan
so I can use then use the offset to separate into different columns

Post an example, and how you want it split up. There will be a way, but it will
depend on your data.

This is what the mail list looks like - some have 7 lines and some have
6. Other then going in and adding and line to make each name a
consistant number of row is there any formula that would do this?
When I have a consistant number of rows for each name I can spit each
row into a separate column.
