How to make a bootable cd from the Vista 64bit?

I'm just want to make a bootable cd from vista 64. Not trying to make a dual
boot system, just want to update my ASUS Striker 2 Extreme MB's BIOS. In
order to do it I have to go into DOS mode. how do I create a bootable cd from
Vista 64 to go into DOS mode? Or is there simple way go into DOS mode when
computer is booting?
Please teach me step by step.

The easiest way to update the ASUS BIOS is to use the
ASUS Update Utility:

I have read on internet that on 64bit if you use Asus update utility, make my
mb a brick, meaning kill my mb so they suggest that do it in ms-dos mode. Is
it wrong or right? Have you done it on Vista 64 bit OS ?

If you wish to avoid trying to update the BIOS from within Windows, the
easiest way to do it is to use the EZ Flash tool. This is run from inside
the BIOS setup. Look under "tools". This is done without booting into *any*
operating system. The BIOS file can be on a USB flash drive, CD, or floppy.

It is also possible to do what you ask from a USB flash drive. Search on the
HP bootable USB flash drive utility. One recipe:

Let me repeat, though: the EZ Flash utility is easier, and it ought to be
safe. I use the bootable USB drive for other things, like updating graphics
card firmware.
