how to look up only questions I posted

Want to pull up only the questions I posted. Also, would be nice to sort the
list of questions by date order.

I presume you are referring to questions you have posted in a newsgroup?

In which case, nothing to do with Outlook. Outlook is an email client.

There is a newsgroup client called Outlook Express (confusingly) but it is a
different program.
Plus you don't actually say which newsreader you are using, so hard to
advise (even if you had asked in the right group).

Try again...

Stop using a webnews-for-dummies interface. Use a real NNTP client,
like Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Forte Agent, Xnews, or whatever
floats your boat. Then you can flag which messages to watch, like
those to which you reply or are of interest to you, and sort on the
flag column to move those to the top of the message list (with a
secondary sort order by descending date).

For Microsoft newsgroups, you can connect your NNTP client to
msnews.microsoft.com. For non-microsoft newsgroups, you will need to
use a different NNTP server (which may also include the Microsoft
newsgroups).
