how to know who is currently remotely connected to a pc

I have multiple employee's that remote desktop into a test pc with windows
XP. The problem I am having is that they never know when
someone else remoted into the machine so they decide to connect and end up
disconnecting the other person. So is there a way to know who is currently
connected to the test pc ?

It should tell them when they try to logon that it will log the other person
off...

Unless they are all using a single account?
