How to keep Outlook email conversations expanded all the time?

Gurus,

I previously asked how do I make Outlook 2003 group messages by subject like
Outlook Express?
You know, how each additional message comes in beneath and just a little to
the right of the message immediately above it? The answer was to go to View
Arrange By > Conversation (answer thanks to Milly Staples).

My next question is, how to keep all conversations *expanded* all the time,
automatically?

I never found a way myself, but what I did do was add a custom Expand All
Groups and Collapse All Groups button to the toolbar, which I actually found
to be more efficient, since I realized at some point that having every group
expanded all the time was just a waste of space.
